Welcome to SABJI FRESH. By placing an order with SABJI FRESH, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions for the purchase and delivery of fresh vegetables, fruits, and related products in Gurgaon/Gurugram.

SABJI FRESH is currently operated and managed under Flex EV Mobility Services Private Limited.

These terms apply to all customers using our WhatsApp, website, app, social media, or direct ordering services.

2. Service Area

SABJI FRESH currently delivers only in selected areas and societies of Gurgaon/Gurugram.

Delivery availability depends on:

• Location
• Slot availability
• Weather conditions
• Operational capacity

Orders outside the serviceable area may be cancelled and refunded.

3. Product Information

• All vegetables and products are farm fresh and sourced daily.
• Product size, color, and weight may slightly vary due to natural farming conditions.
• Images used in promotions are for representation purposes only.

We aim to provide:

• Fresh produce
• Chemical-free or low-chemical produce wherever applicable
• Hygienically handled products

4. Pricing

• Prices may change without prior notice depending on market conditions.
• Promotional offers or discounts are limited-time campaigns.
• SABJI FRESH reserves the right to modify or discontinue offers anytime.

5. Orders & Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after acknowledgment from SABJI FRESH.
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to:
  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Suspected misuse of offers
  • Operational limitations

6. Delivery Policy

• Delivery timings are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational delays.
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order.
• In case of no response/unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

For gated societies:

• Customers may need to coordinate with society security or gate access.

7. Refund & Replacement Policy

Refunds or replacements may be provided in cases of:

• Damaged products
• Poor quality complaints raised within a reasonable time after delivery

Refunds are subject to verification.

SABJI FRESH may:

• Replace the product
• Issue wallet credit
• Process partial/full refund

• While we aim to provide chemical-free and fresh vegetables, SABJI FRESH does not make any medical or health guarantees regarding products.
• Customers are advised to inspect and wash all vegetables before consumption.
• SABJI FRESH shall not be responsible for indirect losses, health reactions, delays caused by third parties, weather conditions, traffic, strikes, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
