Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your SABJI FRESH customer account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — from within the app:
- Open the SABJI FRESH app.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
- This opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled deletion request to our support team — send it.
Option 2 — without the app: message our support team on WhatsApp at +91 87969 43063 with the text “Please delete my SABJI FRESH account” and your registered mobile number.
What gets deleted
Once your request is verified, we delete:
- Your account profile and name
- Your saved delivery addresses
- Your contact details and order preferences
- Your order history linked to the account
What may be retained
Certain records — such as transaction and invoice data — may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and other legal obligations. These are kept only for as long as applicable law requires, and are deleted thereafter.
Timeline
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of a verified request.
